Living at Capitol Students

  • If you're already living with us, the best and quickest way to resolve your issue is to speak to a member of the Capitol Students team at reception as we are likely to be able to resolve your issue there and then. If you are not living with us, or you are a member of the general public, you can contact us here and we will take the details of your complaint and help resolve it.

    Student Castle Property Management Services Ltd are members of the Property Redress Scheme. Our membership number is PRS045847. If you do not feel we have dealt with your complaint, you may be able to raise with the PRS.
