Booking and payment

  • Once you’ve accepted an offer, you’ll be sent a link to Adobe EchoSign’s secure electronic signature system. You need to use this to sign your Licence Agreement electronically, after which you’ll need to upload your documentation. At this point we’ll confirm your booking and you can make your first rental payment. If you have a guarantor they’ll also need to sign and upload their ID/proof of address – (only once you have signed). We perform a credit check on all guarantors.

    We accept passports, driving licences and national identification cards as valid proof of ID. 

    You will receive an electronic copy (signed by us) on your move in day.
