This offer is only valid 40 to 51 weeks tenancy lengths.
Vouchers are valued at £150 per referrer and referee at all locations.
This offer is only valid for students who have booked for 2026/27, even as the referrer you still need to be living at Capitol Students, otherwise we will not be able to contact you for the reward.
The maximum amount that you can receive is a £1500 voucher.
You must check in before 1st November 2026 to be eligible for this promotion and to receive the voucher.
Refer a friend vouchers will only be received once you and your friend have checked in and paid your total rent or first instalment. The estimated time of voucher payout will be 15th December 2026.
We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.
