How to rebook and renew your lease?

• Log in to your resident portal.
• In the resident portal, select 'Lease Options' on the left hand side.
• Select 'Request Renewal', and state if you would like to remain in the same room or wish to move rooms. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the same room.
• If you wish to move rooms, please specify the block, floor or room number that you prefer and we will attempt to allocate you in accordance with your choice.

Terms & Conditions:

• Your booking much be a renewal.
• You must create a new booking for 2025/26 after 27 January 2025 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 44 weeks.
• You must have lived at any Capitol Students' property in 2024/25 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 34 weeks.
• The cashback will be paid out when you have checked in for 2025/26 and you have paid your first instalment or paid in full for the entire year
• The cashback will be issued no later than 1 January 2026 in the form of a bank transfer, pre-paid card or a gift card.
• If there are any unforeseen operational issues that result in the inability to dispatch the pre-paid cards, we will notify you with an estimated date of delivery. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.
