AY2025/26 Direct Bookings Promotions
The following promotions are valid for direct bookings in Academic Year 2025/26 only.
Chinese / Lunar New Year Cashback Offer
Celebrate the Year of the Snake with Capitol Students! Book between 29 January to 14 March 2025 and the first 30 confirmed bookings per property will receive a cashback incentive:
- Coventry, Calcott Ten - £300 cashback
- Coventry, Millennium View - £300 cashback
Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is only valid for new AY2025/26 bookings made after 29 January 2025 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 40 weeks. Note that this is applicable to the first 30 bookings.
- This offer is valid for all new bookings received from 29 January 2025 to 14 March 2025 or until the allocation is exhausted.
- If you are paying by instalments, the cashback will be a credit against your 2nd rent instalment. If you are paying in full, the cashback will be a credit against your full payment.
- This offer is non-transferable. If your booking is for a double occupancy, only the lead booker will be issued the cashback.
- This offer does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you choose to cancel and find a replacement, cashback becomes void.
- This offer cannot be use in conjunction with any other offer.
