Booking your student property 

Booking your preferred accommodation is really easy, and can only be done via our website. Follow the below steps to complete your booking.  

  • Browse accommodation options for your chosen location 
  • Review room details and what’s included 
  • Select the number of weeks you’d like to reserve the room for 
  • Select ‘proceed to booking’  
  • Create an account with Capitol Students or login to your existing account  
  • Review your booking details, enter your payment details and reserve your place. 

 

After paying your advance rent, you will be assigned a room and receive an email detailing how to finalize the booking process. Please be aware that you have 10 days to accept the room offer and electronically sign your licence agreement. If you do not complete your booking, it may be cancelled, and you will forfeit your advance rent. Additionally, for bookings made within 14 days of the licence start date, we may reduce the acceptance period to 48 hours before the licence start date.
