The booking process
Booking your preferred student flat, studio or apartment is really easy, and can only be done via our website. Follow the below steps to complete your booking.
- Browse accommodation options for your chosen location
- Review room details and what’s included
- Select the number of weeks you’d like to reserve the room for
- Select ‘proceed to booking’
- Create an account with Capitol Students or login to your existing account
- Review your booking details, enter your payment details and reserve your place.
Once your advance rent payment is received, a room will be assigned to you and you’ll receive an email with instructions to finalise your booking. You’ll have 10 days to accept your room offer and sign the licence agreement electronically.
For bookings made within 14 days of the licence start date, the acceptance deadline may be shortened to 48 hours from the start date.
