- If a parking place is required, it must be booked independently through the property team who can be contacted at: centralquay@capitolstudents.comĀ
- A Car parking is not guaranteed until both the āCar Parking Agreementā is complete by both parties and a car parking payment has been received, and a car parking permit is issued. Ā Ā
- Car parking is strictly allocated on a āfirst come first serveā basis.
- A car parking permit entitles you to a space however this space may not be a set designated space
- The Car parking fee is Ā£50 per academic year
- Any vehicle is left at the Permit Holderās own risk and neither the Landlord nor their management company are liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents whilst in the car parking area.
