Refer a Friend / Book with a Friend

Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in AY2025/26 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! They must be new residents who have booked after you. They should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously.

• This offer is only valid 43 to 51 weeks tenancy lengths.
• This offer is only valid for current students, even as the referrer you still need to be living at Capitol Students, otherwise we will not be able to contact you for the reward.
• The maximum amount that you can receive is a £500 voucher.
• You must check in before 1st November 2025 and bookings must be made before 1st September 2025 to be eligible for this promotion and to receive the voucher.
• Refer a friend vouchers will only be received once you and your friend have checked in and paid your total rent or first instalment. Please take note that this can take up to 10 weeks from check-in.
• We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.
• Please follow the steps below, otherwise you will not be eligible for the reward.

How to Redeem:

When your friend is making their booking, they will need to,

• select 'Friend/Word of Mouth' in the 'How did you find out about us?' box
• add the following information 'RAF2526 / friend's name / your friend’s Booking Reference number' in ‘Additional Requirements’ field (For example, RAF2526 / John Doe / SCBS12345)

Book with us for 2025/26 before 14 January 2025 and receive a cashback up to £250! This offer is applicable for Standard Ensuite rooms in Southampton, Hampton Square.

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is only valid for new AY2025/26 bookings made after 2 December 2024 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 51 weeks. Note that this is applicable to the first 30 bookings for the Standard Ensuite in Hampton Square.
• If you are paying by instalments, the cashback will be a credit against your 2nd rent instalment. If you are paying in full, the cashback will be a credit against your full payment.
• This offer is non-transferable. If your booking is for a double occupancy, only the lead booker will be issued the cashback.
• This offer does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you choose to cancel and find a replacement, cashback becomes void.
