No Visa No Pay, No Place No Pay

For 2023/24 academic year bookings, if you meet any of the conditions below, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Advance Rent and any paid rent payments,

(a) No Visa No Pay: if you don't get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 72 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 1 September 2023.

(b) No Place No Pay: if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University, you need to send us the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. You must send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 1 September 2023.

Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

UCAS Cashback Offer

This offer is applicable to the following properties,

• Huddersfield - Saw Mill 
• Huddersfield - Firth Point

How to redeem: For how to redeem this incentive, please see your email from UCAS and if you have any questions on how to redeem this promotion, please email info@capitolstudents.com.

• You must create a booking for 2023/24 after 17th August 2023 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 44 weeks.
• You must check in before 1st November 2023 and bookings must be made before 1st September 2023 to be eligible to receive the cashback.
• The cashback amount is relative to your room type and is clearly listed on your UCAS email.
• The cashback will be paid out when you have checked in for 2023/24 and you have paid your first instalment or paid in full for the entire year.
• This offer does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you choose to cancel and find a replacement, cashback becomes void.
• The cashback will be issued no later than 1 January 2024 in the form of a voucher or a pre-paid card.
• If there are any unforeseen operational issues that result in the inability to dispatch the voucher or pre-paid card, we will notify you with an estimated date of delivery. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.

Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in AY2023/24 and receive a £100 Amazon voucher for yourself and your friend! They must be new residents who have booked after you. They should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously.

• This offer is only valid 43 to 51 weeks tenancy lengths.
• This offer is only valid for current students, even as the referrer you still need to be living at Capitol Students, otherwise we will not be able to contact you for the reward.
• The maximum amount that you can receive is a £500 voucher.
• You must check in before 1st November 2023 and bookings must be made before 3rd September 2023 to be eligible for this promotion and to receive the voucher.
